2026 Photography Competition

 There are 2 categories in the photo competition and these are both split into Adult and Under 18. Enter either or both.

Category 1: Outside on the Border

Any image of a person or people enjoying the great outdoors within 80kms of Albury/Wodonga

Possible examples:

Someone walking a dog, People playing sport
A picnic by the river, A coffee at the markets

Category 2: Architecture

This competition is run at a local and state level by VAS 

(Victorian Agricultural Shows)

Entry

Images can be submitted at CameraHouse (494 Dean St, Albury). Simply take in your USB, Card or Phone to have your image/s printed and mounted at a special discounted price of approximately $18 – depending on size. There is no fee for entry.

Entries close Monday 9th March 2026, Up to 2 entries per competitor in each category.  Please read the rules and conditions on the next page…

Prizes

Category 1: 1st prize $30 print voucher, 2nd prize $20 print voucher, 3rd prize $10 print voucher courtesy of CameraHouse

Category 2: 1st prize $20 voucher, 2nd prize $10 voucher courtesy of Exact Computers and Home Entertainment

Rules and Conditions

  1. Print no larger than 20cm by 30cm.
  2. Must be mounted on thick card – Camerahouse are offering a special deal    for printing and mounting $18 per entry or print and mount yourself.
  3. Each exhibit entered must be the bona fide work of the exhibitor.
  4. Professionals are not eligible, which is defined as someone that works professionally or derives the greater percentage of their income in that craft, art form or technique.
    1. Category 1: Photos taken within 80kms of Albury/Wodonga
    2. Category 2: Photos can be from any location
  5. Entries to be submitted at Camerahouse using the official entry form (available online at wodongashow.org.au or at Camerahouse)  
  6. Entries close Monday 9th of March at 5.00pm.
  7. All judges’ decisions are final and correspondence will not be entered into.   
  8. Return of images – Images can be picked up at the Wodonga Show after 3pm or in the following week at Camerahouse
